Fast Subtitle runs entirely in your web browser. Your media files, subtitles, and project data are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not require an account, and we do not sell or share your data.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit your videos, audio, images, subtitle text, or exported files. All editing and exporting happens locally in your browser. Because there are no user accounts, we do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords through the app.

Data stored on your device

To make the tool convenient, Fast Subtitle saves some information locally on your own device using your browser's storage:

• Local Storage — your theme preference and editor settings (subtitles, styles, and options) so your work is remembered between visits.
• IndexedDB — a cached copy of the media file you loaded, so your session can be restored after a reload.

This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data for fastsubtitle.com.

Third-party services

To display its interface, the site loads web fonts from a third-party content delivery network (jsDelivr). When your browser requests these fonts, the CDN may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, as is normal for any web request. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

Cookies and analytics

Fast Subtitle does not use tracking cookies. Any local storage described above is used solely to provide the tool's functionality, not to track you across websites.

Children's privacy

The tool is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
